📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement climate change mitigation and adaptation strategies.
• Train and educate local communities on sustainable practices and renewable energy.
• Collaborate with government agencies and NGOs to shape and advocate for climate policies.
• Conduct research and analysis on climate change impacts and solutions.
• Create and deliver training programs on climate change awareness and mitigation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Public Policy, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in climate change policy, sustainability, or environmental education.
• Certification in Climate Change or Sustainability from recognized institutions.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing climate action plans.
• Strong understanding of local and national climate policies and regulations.
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience with GIS software and climate modeling tools.
