PT Bhakti Widya is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Bookkeeper to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial reports, and assisting the Chief Bookkeeper in managing the company's financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a proven track record of delivering accurate and timely financial information.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.,Prepare and process bank reconciliations, journal entries, and other financial transactions.,Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as applicable laws and regulations.,Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and variance analysis.,Provide support to the Chief Bookkeeper in managing the finance team and ensuring the smooth operation of financial processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.
