PT Kencana Maritim is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Butler to join our team in Bantul, DI Yogyakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring that all services are delivered with the highest level of professionalism and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership background and a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the daily operations of the hotel, including housekeeping, dining, and front desk services.,Ensuring that all staff are trained and motivated to deliver exceptional service to guests.,Managing the hotel's budget and ensuring that all financial targets are met.,Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the hotel.,Resolving guest complaints and ensuring that their concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.,Implementing and monitoring quality control measures to ensure consistent service delivery.,Leading team meetings and providing feedback to staff on performance and development.,Ensuring that all health and safety regulations are adhered to within the hotel.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.,Proven leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with guests and staff alike.,Knowledge of hotel operations, including housekeeping, dining, and front desk services.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20kg.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.
