Bit Point Ekspansindo is seeking a Lead Cashier Clinic to join our team in Bontang. As a Lead Cashier, you will be responsible for managing the cashiering operations in our clinic, ensuring smooth transactions, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the cashiering team, ensuring efficient and accurate transactions.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent customer service.,Maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Train and develop junior cashiers to enhance their skills and performance.,Monitor cash handling and inventory to prevent losses and shortages.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the clinic.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in cashiering or related roles.,Proven track record of managing a team and ensuring high customer satisfaction.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with financial software and tools.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and local customs.,Ability to handle cash and manage inventory.
