📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement comprehensive learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Lead a team of learning and development professionals to deliver high-quality training and development initiatives.,Identify and address learning and development needs of employees through data analysis and feedback.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to align learning and development initiatives with business objectives.,Design and facilitate training programs, workshops, and other learning activities.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development programs to ensure they meet the desired outcomes.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development to continuously improve our initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a proven track record of success in leading and managing learning initiatives.,Strong knowledge of learning theories, instructional design, and adult learning principles.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant learning and development tools.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
