📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Train and mentor junior staff members.
  • Manage store budgets and financial reports.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Implement and monitor store performance metrics.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
  • Participate in store improvement initiatives.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of retail operations and inventory management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using office software and retail management tools.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and retail software.
  • Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is a plus.
