As the Lead System Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of our systems, and providing technical support to our staff. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the IT infrastructure of the restaurant, including servers, workstations, and network devices.,Ensure the smooth operation of all IT systems and applications, including POS systems, inventory management systems, and customer relationship management systems.,Provide technical support to staff, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and assisting with software installations and updates.,Monitor system performance and security, and implement measures to prevent unauthorized access and data breaches.,Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.,Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement IT solutions that support business goals.,Conduct regular system audits and maintenance to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in system administration, with a strong background in network and server administration.,Proven experience in managing and maintaining IT infrastructure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.,Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Linux operating systems, as well as experience with virtualization technologies.,Familiarity with common IT security protocols and best practices.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
