📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient business processes.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Develop and maintain operational plans and schedules to optimize productivity and efficiency.,Handle and resolve operational issues and conflicts in a timely and professional manner.,Conduct regular operational audits to assess performance and identify opportunities for enhancement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
