📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.
  • Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure they meet the company's requirements.
  • Conduct job interviews and make hiring decisions based on candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Collaborate with department managers to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment support.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Provide feedback and coaching to interviewers to improve their recruitment skills.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant recruitment software.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
