Life Central Indonesia is looking for a dedicated Banquet Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of banquet events, ensuring that all guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience.

This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the success of our events.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in planning and coordinating banquet events
  • Manage guest reservations and confirmations
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers
  • Ensure the banquet venue is set up and ready for events
  • Greet and assist guests upon arrival
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the event
  • Assist in the cleanup and post-event follow-up
  • Maintain accurate records of event details and guest information

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in event planning or customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Familiarity with event management software is a plus
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects
  • Fluent in Indonesian
  • Willingness to work remote
