Sehati Krisna Cafe & Coffee is looking for a dedicated and experienced Captain to join our team. As a Captain, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our cafe, ensuring that our customers receive the best service possible. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while still being an integral part of our team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the cafe, including staff scheduling and inventory management.,Ensure high standards of customer service and product quality.,Oversee the preparation and presentation of food and beverages.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment.,Handle customer complaints and ensure their satisfaction.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Monitor sales and revenue, and report to management.,Train and develop staff to ensure they meet our high standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the food and beverage industry.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using basic office software.,Familiarity with remote work tools and platforms.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
