📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company,Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement,Work closely with the management team to develop and implement business strategies,Ensure that all processes are in compliance with company policies and procedures,Manage and mentor a team of operations staff,Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and vendors,Ensure that all operations are running smoothly and efficiently

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management,Strong background in process improvement and lean manufacturing principles,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
