📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting functions of the company,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements,Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions,Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement,Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders,Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Provide guidance and support to junior accountants and finance staff

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting role,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team
