📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct comprehensive business valuations using various valuation methodologies, including DCF, LBO, and M&A.,Prepare detailed valuation reports and presentations for clients, including sensitivity analysis and risk assessments.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial and operational data.,Stay updated with industry trends, valuation techniques, and regulatory requirements.,Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.,Assist in the development and implementation of valuation policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in business valuation, with a strong background in financial modeling and market analysis.,Proficiency in valuation software such as Valuator, Excel, and other relevant tools.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
