📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage IT infrastructure projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.,Develop and implement strategic IT infrastructure plans aligned with business objectives.,Oversee the maintenance and optimization of existing IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address IT infrastructure challenges.,Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends, and recommend appropriate solutions for implementation.,Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.,Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.,Report on project progress, risks, and issues to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with a proven track record of leading successful projects.,Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components, including servers, networks, storage, and virtualization.,Proven ability to manage and mentor IT teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.,Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.,Certifications in IT infrastructure management (e.g., PMP, ITIL, CISSP) are a plus.,Fluency in English is required; local language proficiency is a plus.
