📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to restaurant staff and managers,Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and software,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues,Monitor network performance and security,Ensure the availability and reliability of IT systems,Provide training and support to new staff members,Collaborate with other IT departments to ensure system integration,Maintain accurate records of IT activities and incidents

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role,Strong knowledge of IT systems, software, and hardware,Experience with restaurant management systems and POS software,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with network security and best practices
