Danantara Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Legal Officer to join our Digital Business & Corporate Governance team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to the digital business units, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital business and corporate governance issues, and be able to provide strategic legal guidance to the business.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide legal advice and support to the digital business units, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.,Develop and implement legal policies and procedures related to digital business and corporate governance.,Conduct risk assessments and develop risk management strategies to mitigate legal and regulatory risks.,Monitor and analyze legal trends and developments in the digital business and corporate governance space.,Draft and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to digital business and corporate governance.,Provide training and guidance to business units on legal and regulatory compliance matters.,Represent the company in legal matters, including negotiations, mediations, and litigations.,Collaborate with external legal advisors and consultants as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal practice, with a focus on digital business and corporate governance.,Strong understanding of Indonesian and international laws and regulations related to digital business and corporate governance.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with digital business and corporate governance issues and trends.,Knowledge of legal software and tools.
