📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage civil engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.,Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project team members.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.,Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.,Prepare and review technical documents, including project plans, specifications, and reports.,Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate civil engineering solutions with other disciplines such as structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and efficiency in project delivery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in civil engineering projects, preferably in Land Transport Authority (LTA) or similar roles.,Proven track record of successful project delivery in a similar capacity.,Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, materials, and construction methods.,Proficiency in using relevant software and tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and project management tools.,Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Valid work permit for Bali, Indonesia.
