📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation,Create user guides, manuals, and other instructional materials,Review and edit technical content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Assist in the creation of training materials and other educational resources,Support the development of marketing and sales materials,Contribute to the improvement of our documentation processes and tools

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly,Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken,Experience with documentation tools and software, such as MadCap Flare or Confluence,Familiarity with Agile methodologies and processes,Ability to work independently and as part of a team
