📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized cash register area.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Collaborate with other team members to achieve daily sales targets.,Perform cash counting and reconciliation at the end of each shift.,Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.,Promote a positive and friendly customer service culture.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with basic computer applications.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
