📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Manage a team of staff, providing guidance, training, and support to help them achieve their best.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Monitor sales performance and work with the team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing excellent service.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the store's needs are met and that the overall business goals are achieved.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.
