📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the accounting and financial processes of the company.,Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and reports.,Coordinate with the tax department to ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify areas for improvement.,Lead and mentor the accounting and finance team.,Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.,Manage the company's budgeting and forecasting processes.,Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role in finance or accounting.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.,Proficient in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance is a plus.
