PT. Mitra Langkah Buana (Travel Buddies) is looking for a dynamic and experienced Supervisor Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team, ensuring they meet and exceed sales targets. You will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all sales are processed accurately and efficiently. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about travel and has a proven track record in sales and customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet and exceed sales targets.,Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that all customer inquiries are handled promptly and professionally.,Process all sales accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed and submitted.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.,Train and develop the sales team, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in the travel and tourism industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and customer service, preferably in the travel and tourism industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
