📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading a team of healthcare professionals and technicians in delivering high-quality services.
  • Ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Puskesmas, including patient care, medical equipment maintenance, and administrative tasks.
  • Implementing and maintaining quality control measures to ensure compliance with healthcare standards.
  • Collaborating with other departments and stakeholders to achieve organizational goals.
  • Providing guidance and support to team members to help them develop their skills and advance their careers.
  • Representing the Puskesmas at community events and meetings to promote our services and build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ensuring that all legal and regulatory requirements are met, including patient privacy and safety.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the healthcare industry.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards, including patient privacy and safety.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with medical equipment and technology is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
