Warehouse Manager - Urgent

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, receiving, and shipping.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Manage a team of warehouse staff, providing training and guidance as needed.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and prevent theft or loss.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Implement and monitor warehouse improvement projects.
• Handle any warehouse-related disputes or issues promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management software and systems.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Previous experience in a similar role in the Pontianak area is a plus.
• Must be able to speak and write Indonesian fluently.
