📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Inspect and test welding and casting processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies
• Identify and resolve any quality issues to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of excellence
• Work closely with our team of engineers and technicians to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure that our quality management system is effective and efficient
• Provide training and guidance to our welding and casting teams to ensure that they are aware of quality standards and best practices
• Maintain and update quality records and documentation to ensure that our quality management system is compliant with industry regulations
• Collaborate with our customers to ensure that their requirements and expectations are met, and that our products are delivered on time and to the highest standards of quality
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to ensure that our quality management system is always evolving and improving

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Metallurgy, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in welding and quality assurance
• Certified Welder Inspector (CWI) certification or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of welding and casting processes, materials, and equipment
• Proficient in using quality management software such as SAP QM, ISO 9001, or similar
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement
