📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Translate technical documents, manuals, and reports between Mandarin and Indonesian, ensuring accuracy and cultural relevance.
• Facilitate and translate meetings between Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and Indonesian team members, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Manage and coordinate production schedules, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Provide cultural training and support to team members, fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment.
• Monitor and improve translation quality, implementing feedback and best practices.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, applying this knowledge to enhance translation and communication processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining data confidentiality and security.
• Act as a liaison between different departments, promoting collaboration and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Mandarin-English translation, with a focus on technical and business documents.
• Proficiency in both Mandarin and Indonesian languages, with a TESOL or TEFL certification.
• Experience in managing production schedules and coordinating cross-departmental projects.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
