📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the boutique's daily operations, including inventory management, customer service, and sales transactions.
• Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Provide exceptional customer service to both online and in-store shoppers.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the boutique and its products.
• Use Salesforce and QuickBooks to track sales performance and manage inventory.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance your retail skills and knowledge.
• Assist in the organization of events and promotions to boost sales and brand awareness.
• Ensure the boutique meets all health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail, fashion, or luxury goods sales.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth in a retail environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Salesforce and QuickBooks.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with Indonesian and English languages is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Enthusiasm for the luxury retail industry and a passion for fashion.
