As an HR Officer at Glorious Dexa Mandaya Inc. in Canggu, Bali, you’ll spend your days crafting compelling job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires. You’ll also design and implement employee engagement programs, organize team-building activities, and maintain a pulse on workplace morale. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and post job descriptions that attract top talent to our team in Canggu, Bali.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and Glassdoor.
• Conduct performance-based hiring assessments and make data-driven hiring decisions.
• Design and implement employee engagement programs to boost morale and productivity.
• Organize team-building activities and workshops to foster a strong company culture.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with local labor laws in Bali.
• Analyze employee feedback and suggest improvements to our HR processes.
• Collaborate with managers to address employee concerns and resolve issues promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on Talent Acquisition and Employee Engagement.
• Proven success in recruiting and onboarding top talent in a dynamic work environment.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and best practices in employee relations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and employees.
• Familiarity with HR software such as BambooHR, Workday, or Greenhouse.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, international setting.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with additional language skills a plus.
