📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Analyze HR data using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and SQL to identify trends and patterns.
Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to support decision-making.
Conduct workforce planning and forecasting to ensure optimal staffing levels.
Collaborate with the HR team to design and implement HR strategies based on data insights.
Provide data-driven recommendations to improve talent acquisition, retention, and development.
Support the development of HR metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
Assist in the implementation of HR technology solutions, such as HRIS and ATS systems.
Participate in cross-functional projects to align HR strategies with business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in HR analytics or a similar role.
Proficient in data analysis tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and SQL.
Strong understanding of HR metrics and KPIs.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Certification in HR analytics or a related field is a plus.
Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
