📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverage specialties to customers.
  • Maintain and clean coffee equipment and work areas to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.
  • Assist in stocking and organizing coffee supplies and ingredients.
  • Provide excellent customer service, including taking orders, processing payments, and addressing customer concerns.
  • Stay up-to-date with coffee trends, techniques, and products to continuously improve the quality of our offerings.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines, as well as food handling and sanitation procedures.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role in the coffee industry.
  • Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods, techniques, and equipment.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling procedures.
  • Ability to work part-time hours, including weekends and holidays.
