📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Identify areas for improvement and develop corrective action plans
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality and safety improvements
• Prepare and present inspection reports and findings to management
• Ensure all inspections are documented and maintained in accordance with company policies
• Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to maintain compliance
• Provide training and guidance to staff on quality and safety protocols
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance, inspection, or a similar role
• Certification in ISO 9001 or other relevant quality management standards is a plus
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using inspection tools and software such as SAP, MS Office, and other relevant applications
• Familiarity with inspection and quality management systems
