In this critical role, you will ensure the optimal performance, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, with a strong focus on Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC). 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform regular maintenance and inspections of HVAC systems, including air handling units, chillers, boilers, and ductwork.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC system malfunctions, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
• Install and commission new HVAC systems, following manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
• Conduct energy audits and recommend improvements to enhance system efficiency.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation of maintenance activities and system performance.
• Train and mentor junior technicians on HVAC system operation and maintenance.
• Participate in emergency response and maintenance during facility shutdowns or special events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC system maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Certification in HVAC systems (e.g., BEP, BEMS, or similar) is a plus.
• Proficient in using HVAC design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including wiring, piping, and plumbing.
• Familiarity with energy management systems and building automation systems is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
